Top Civil Service Excellence Centre

The Top Civil Service Excellence Centre plays a key role in supporting the selection and development of Estonia’s top civil servants: d evelops principles and methods for the recruitment and selection of top civil servants,  administers the selection process for top public sector positions and provides operational support to the Top Civil Servants Selection Committee    

The Top Civil Service Excellence Centre  organizes competency assessments and evaluates development needs, provides guidance and advisory support for top civil servant development and designs and implements development programs and training initiatives. 

The Centre c ollaborates with counterpart agencies in other countries that oversee top public service development and participates in EU and other international leadership development networks.
