School buildings constructed according to standard designs have become outdated, and their rigid spatial layouts do not support modern approaches to learning. The project focuses on the rapid and energy-efficient reconstruction of standardised school buildings using industrialised renovation methods, thereby reducing construction time and disruptions to everyday activities. It includes the development and implementation of technological solutions that can be applied more broadly in the modernisation of educational facilities. Industrialised renovation is an alternative renovation method that differs from conventional practices by using prefabricated façade elements manufactured off-site. Its main advantages include a significantly shorter construction period, higher product and construction quality, less disruption for building users, and reduced waste generation.
